Welcome to my company's website! I am Stephen Bartlett, a software developer with over 25 years of experience working on many platforms and using many programming languages. My company, Bartlett Software, Inc. performs contract-based software development services. I'm well versed in all facets of software design, development, and project management. I tend to specialize in the areas of:
